Saline Tennis Wins Two of Three at Chelsea

The Saline girls' tennis team came home with two wins out of three matches at the Chelsea quad April 17.

The Hornets defeated St. Clair 7-1, Flint Powers 7-1, and fell to Chelsea 5-3 in a hard fought match that had three flights go to third set tiebreakers.

Andrea Teofilovic and one-singles, Ana Teofilovic two-singles, and Sophie Dubovoy at three singles all went 3-0 on the day. Ana Teofilovic and Dubovoy each won exciting third set tiebreakers against Chelsea. 

The four doubles team of Emma Arsenault/Gisele Jost, Mia Bao/Eva Cueto, Mackenzie Roehner/Abigail Makowski, and C J Tuldanis/Emily Friedrichsen all went 2-1 on the day for the Hornets. 

Brooke Engelhardt went 1-2 on the day having to pull out of one of her matches due to injury.
