REGULAR MEETING SYNOPSIS
September 6, 2021 7:00 P.M.
The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:30 pm. Six board members were present, 1 was absent.
The Consent Agenda was approved as presented. The consent agenda included the August 9, 2022 board Minutes, treasurer report, payment of bills, amendment of the budget Washtenaw County Sherriff Report and the zoning report. There was no attorney report. There was a short Planning Commission Report.
Public comment was offered at 6:34pm. There were no comments. The agenda was approved as presented with 1 addition to old business: Baccouche Request, and removing Ann Arbor Sand & Gravel and 3 additions to New Business: Gutter replacement quote, cemetery plot transfer & Informational meeting for Arbor Preserve. Old/Unfinished Business: Baccouche request. New Business: SAFD special assessment rate set to .93, Foley request for a month extension for trailer on property approved, Watson Home Occupation application discussed, she is seeking Right to Farm to be applied, Concrete & Asphalt Crushing Ordinance #2022-003 approved, gutter quote approved using ARPA funds for payment, approval of transfer of cemetery plot request, Arbor Preserve Informational meeting at 6pm on October 4th. The meeting adjourned at 7:15pm. Next regular board meeting is October 4, 2022 at 6:00pm. The minutes may be viewed, after approval, on the Lodi Township web site (www.loditownshipMI.org) are available for review or purchase at the Township Hall during regular business hours.
