ORDINANCE NO. 849
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 6, 2023, the Saline City Council adopted the following Ordinance:
Ordinance No. 849
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 4.04(14)(b)3., OF APPENDIX a, ARTICLE iV “zONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS” Of THE CITY OF saline CODE OF ORDINANCEs IN ORDER TO CLARIFY SPECIAL LAND USE ALLOWANCES IN THE I-1 DISTRICT.
Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be published in the manner required by law and shall become effective March 25, 2023.
A TRUE COPY OF SAID ORDINANCES CAN BE INSPECTED AND/OR OBTAINED AT THE OFFICE OF THE SALINE CITY CLERK AT 100 NORTH HARRIS STREET, SALINE, MICHIGAN 48176, DURING REGULAR WORKING HOURS.
