The Dexter girls’ water polo team hosted Chelsea on Senior Night last week and came away with a 12-2 win over the rival Bulldogs.

The Dreadnaughts cruised from the start taking an 11-0 lead before the Bulldogs would get on the board.

Allison Wyka and Alyssa Frost scored three goals each, while Anna Lehr, Heather Brouwer, Madeline Kaufman, Jackie Wyka, and Liz Rathbun each scored one.

The Dreadnaughts season came to an end Friday as they fell to Saline 6-3 in the districts at Ann Arbor Skyline.

Saline took a 4-0 lead into the half, forcing the Dreads to play catch up. They cut the lead to 4-1 after three but could not rally in the fourth.

Allison Wyka, Lehr, and Frost scored goals for Dexter.
