Highline Spirits announces the grand opening of The Highline Room in Plymouth, Michigan, on Friday, May 31st, at 3:00 PM. Highline Spirits was launched to market in September, 2023, and they opened their first tasting room in Dexter, Michigan in October 2023. The Highline Room – Plymouth marks a significant event for the company as it continues to expand, bringing its unique brand experience to new audiences.
Founded in 2021 by Christi Lower, Highline Spirits has gained popularity in the spirit industry, known for their crafted blends that reimagine age-old traditions. The 330 S. Main, Plymouth location will be their second location, with the other located at 3126 Broad St. Dexter, Michigan.
When asked why she decided to expand to Plymouth, Christi said, “Plymouth is a natural expansion of our brand. It is where I was born and where Jeff, my husband, spent a large chunk of his childhood visiting Kellogg Park. We also found an exciting location, located within an 1893 historic building that housed a Pharmacy for the last 80 years. The historic pharmacy not only was a nod to my former career as a PA, but also the history of requiring a prescription for spirits themselves during Prohibition.”
