Meeting called to order at 7:00pm. Members present: Supervisor Bill VanRiper, Treasurer Nanette Havens, Clerk Ann Kwaske, Trustee Dale Luick, Trustee Greg McKenzie.

Motion to approve agenda. Motion passed 5-0.

Motion to approve consent agenda of Minutes of November 11, 2024 Regular Meeting, Minutes of November 21, 2024 Special Meeting, Payroll ($17,450.65), and Accounts Payable ($141,775.81). Motion passed 5-0.

Motion to approve the 2025 Meeting Schedule and 2025 Holiday Schedule. Motion passed 5-0.

Motion to support a township newsletter to be chaired by supervisor and to be sent twice yearly with the tax bills. Motion passed 4-1.

Motion to table any action on live streaming of meetings until further information on technical requirements and costs. Motion passed 5-0.

The Township Office/Hall Options Committee provided a progress report and shared a building program document which specifies the requirements of a township building.
