Motion by Kwaske, supported by McKenzie, to approve the agenda with the addition of WWRA Resolution to New Business. All ayes. Motion passed.
Motion by McKenzie, supported by Luick, to approve the consent agenda of Minutes of January 12 Regular Meeting, Payroll ($15,734.01) and Accounts Payable ($18,090.06). All ayes. Motion passed.
Motion by Havens, supported by McKenzie, to have Attorney Fred Lucas look at the consent agreement and determine if it can be amended. All ayes. Motion passed.
Motion by Kwaske, supported by Luick, to schedule a Special Budget Workshop on Thursday February 26, 2026, at 11am and to schedule the Annual Budget Public Hearing on Monday March 9, 2026 at 6pm. All ayes. Motion passed.
Motion by McKenzie, supported by Luick, to authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to sign the new lease with the Chelsea Area Construction Area for the Township Offices per the draft dated Feb 9, 2026. All ayes. Motion passed.
Motion by Kwaske, supported by Luick, to amend the current year budget and move $6,100 from Capital Moving Cost (101-265-973.001) to Landfill Contracted Services (101-526- 801.000). All ayes. Motion passed.
Motion by McKenzie, supported by VanRiper, that there is no compelling reason to waive the fees for the Edwards Cemetery special use permit. All ayes. Motion passed.
Resolution 26-02 to Initiate a Recycling Project for the Township of Lima Through the Washtenaw County Board of Public Works was offered by Havens, supported by Kwaske. Upon a roll call vote, all ayes. Resolution adopted.
Motion by Havens, supported by Luick, to adjourn. All ayes. Motion passed.
