Members present: Supervisor Bill VanRiper, Treasurer Nanette Havens, Clerk Ann Kwaske, Trustee Dale Luick, Trustee Greg McKenzie.

Motion to approve agenda. Motion passed 5-0.

Motion to authorize Planning Commission, under the direction of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission Chairperson, to work with Carlisle Wortman on modifications to the residential requirements for solar installations to address any shortfalls, and additionally to draft an ordinance (either stand alone or as addition to Zoning Ordinance) for commercial solar installations, to be funded out of general township planning budget. Motion passed 5-0.

Motion to create a five-person committee for the purpose of evaluating Township Office/Hall options with results to be presented to the board and public, and to appoint Elizabeth Sensoli, Marlene Consiglio, Ed Greenleaf, Greg McKenzie, and Ann Kwaske as members. Motion passed 4-1.

Motion to table any action on a community survey. Motion passed 4-1.
