SPECIAL MEETING SYNOPSIS
August 8, 2024, 11:30 A.M.

    The special meeting opened with the flag pledge at 11:30am. Six board members were present, one absent

    two members of the public were present. There was a short Public Comment. The agenda was

    approved as presented. Agenda items: Petition for ballot proposal was tabled until 8/13/2024 at11:30 am

    due to incorrect website posting as advised by the Township Attorney. Next regular scheduled board

    meeting is August 13, 2024, due to the August Election starting at 6:30pm. The minutes may be viewed,

    after approval, on the Lodi Township website at (www.loditownshipMI.org) are available for review or

    purchase at the Township Hall during regular business hours.

LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING SYNOPSIS
August 13, 2024, 6:30 P.M.

    The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 6:30pm. Seven board members were present, several members

    of the public were present. The Consent Agenda was approved as presented in addition to 8.13.2024

    approval of minutes, there was no attorney report, there was no Planning Commission Report. There was

    no Public Comment. The agenda was approved as presented with the addition of Resolution #2024-016

    amended, and #2024-017 approval, and removal of Washtenaw County Sheriff Presentation from New

    Business. Old Business: C&S Lawncare Compliance update.  Agenda items: 2023-2024 Audit report,

    Approval of Path Proposal funds, discussion on quote from American Aqua for an iron filter, approval of

    weekly Township Hall cleaning through Blue Skye Cleaning, approval of amended #2024-016, and

    approval of 2024-017.  FYI: Update regarding Prayer Center Lawsuit, and correspondence regarding

    Diuble Road conditions. Next regular scheduled board meeting is September 3, 2024, starting at 6:30pm.
