SYNOPSIS OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2019 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Summary of Minutes, September 10, 2019—REGULAR MEETING—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, Jason Maciejewski, Washtenaw County Commissioner District 1, spoke on the Washtenaw County Mental Health budget and broadband. Items Approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda; Approval of Bills. Correspondence: Consumers Pipeline Project. Zoning Administrator and CAFA representative submitted a written report. Supervisor updated the Board on broadband. Items Approved: Appoint Sally Rutzky as the Lyndon Township Representative for the Jackson-Lenawee-Washtenaw Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area (JLW CISMA); Appoint Gary Munce as the Lyndon Township Representative on the Washtenaw County Broadband Task Force; Approve Resolution 19-15 Resolution to Support the Pure Michigan Trail Towns Designation; Approve the Contract with Pfeffer, Hanniford & Palka for Fiscal Years 2019, 2020 and 2021; Approve the 2019-2020 Lyndon Township Budget Amendments as follows: Increase DNR-NRTF Grant-Huron Water Pathways Initiative, TRUSTEE-LEGISLATIVE from $100,000 to $164,403.49; Transfer from GENERAL FUND and expenses to be reimbursed by the State of Michigan; Increase TRUSTEE-LEGISLATIVE, ACCOUNTING/AUDITING from $6,500 to $7,500; Transfer Funds from GENERAL FUND; Approve Purchasing new office furniture at an amount not to exceed $4,000.00; Authorize the Proposal from Metro Engineering Solutions for fiber route engineering from Lyndon Township line on Werkner Road to 132 S. Main Street, Chelsea, MI 48118 for an amount not to exceed $10,000 of which is to be paid from Construction Bond Funds; Authorize the Assessor to keep the Township Camera with her, but to return it to the Township if advance notice is given by the Zoning Administrator for his use, Meeting adjourned at 8:34 PM.
