LYNDON TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING JANUARY 17, 2017 at 7:00 PM
The Lyndon Township Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at 7:00 PM, at the Lyndon Township Hall, 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118, to consider the zoning variance request from ROHA Properties, Ronny Hamama, Owner, for 9750 Stofer Road, Chelsea, MI 48118 (Parcel ID # E -05-24-100-028) of Chapter 3, Section 3.20 Outdoor Storage in Residential District to permit outdoor storage and Chapter 14, Section 14.04, paragraph H, Commercial Storage, lot coverage to allow for three additional storage buildings.
