SYNOPSIS OF DECEMBER 2025 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI  48118.  Summary of Minutes – December 9, 2025.  The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.  During Public Comment, a member of the public requested that financial information be posted on the website.  Items Approved:  Agenda, Mintes, Bills, Approve and Accept the Audit Reports for Lyndon Township for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, Appointments to Advisory Committee on Sewer Operations:  Robert Mester for the term December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2028 ( 3 years); Will Dew for the term December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2027 (2 years); Keegan Rodgers for the term December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2027 (2 years); Samuel Smith for the term December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026 (1 year); Jerry Bridges for the term December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026 (1 year); Amend the budget to add a line item for the Sewer Operations Advisory Committee in the amount of $2,800 for salaries and $200 for transportation and the money be taken out of the Utility Fund; Appointments on the Broadband Oversight Committee:  Thomas Glendening for the remaining term of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027 (2 years); David Strauss for the term January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; (1 year); Keven McLaughlin for the term January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 (1 year); Holiday Schedule that the Township will be closed:  Christmas, December 25, 2025; Tuesday, December 30, 2025; and New Year’s Day, January 1, 2026; Reports given.  The meeting adjourned at 8:02 PM.   Prepared by Office Manager:  Janet K.
