LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI  48118.  Summary of Special Board Minutes, June 29, 2024—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM.  No Public Comment.  Items Approved:  Agenda; Adopt the 2024 tax levy of .6974 and the Broadband Debt Millage of 2.8456; Salary Authorization for Supervisor’s salary at $33,774.00, Salary Authorization for Clerk’s Salary at $37,151.00, Salary Authorization for Treasurer’s Salary at $33.774.00 and  Salary Authorization for each Trustee at $4,389.00 for the Fiscal Year 7/1/2024-6/30/2025; Move the General Appropriations Act of Lyndon Township for the Fiscal Year 7/1/2024-6/30/2025; Adopt the Proposed 2024-2025 Lyndon Township Budget as amended; the Fiscal Year End Bills as presented; the Meeting Calendars for the Lyndon Township Board, Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals for the Fiscal Year 7/1/2024-6/30/2025.   The meeting adjourned at 7:25 PM.  Summary of Board Meeting Minutes, July 9, 2024—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM.  No Public Comment.  Items Approved:  Resolution 24-04 to Participate in the University of Michigan Towns Program; Resolution 24-03 to Appoint the Lyndon Township Supervisor as Public Information Officer for the Township; Approve the Invoice for $9,634 from the Dexter Agency with the current coverage.  Reports were given.  The meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
