LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, May 14, 2024—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, Gary Munce provided information on the concert at Chelsea Hospital. Items Approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda; Bills; Adopt Zoning Text Amendment: Ordinance 24-001 (ZTA 24-001) with the proviso that the Notice of Adoption be published and become effective; Increase Project Costs for Sugarloaf Lakeweed Account by $2,500.00 and Decrease Cash by $2,500.00. Discussion occurred on Policy on Use of Township Hall and Media Requests. Reports were given. The meeting adjourned at 9.05 PM. Summary of Minutes, June 5, 2024 – Special Meeting called to order at 5:00 PM. No Public Comment. Items Approved: Agenda. Discussion occurred on the Lyndon Township Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 7/1/2024 through 6/30/2025. Other business included discussion on the Michigan Township Association Dues and Washtenaw County Conservation School and Community Habitat Grant Application.
