LYNDON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING,
SEPTEMBER 26, 2024 AT 7:00 PM
The Lyndon Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA 24-002).
The Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA 24-002) if approved would allow properties in residential zoning districts (RR, LR, LC, and R-1) within Lyndon Township to be used as short-term rentals if certain restrictions are met. The restrictions are created to protect the surrounding property owners and the community.

The Lyndon Township Board will provide, if time after the request allows, necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities at the public hearing.
