Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI  48118.  Summary of Minutes, September 10, 2024—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM.  No Public Comment.  Items Approved:  Agenda; Consent Agenda; Bills; Reappoint Gary Munce as Representative and Pam Byrnes as Alternate to the WAVE Board for the term October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025 (1 year); Reappoint Pam Byrnes and Marc Keezer as Representatives to the Broadband Oversight Committee for the term November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025 (1 year); Reppoint Pam Byrnes as Representative and Marc Keezer as Alternate to the Leoni Regional Utilities Authority for the term January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026 (2 years); Reappint Pam Byrnes as Representative and Will Dew as Alternate to the Sylvan Water & Sewer Authority for the term January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027 (3 years) .  Reports were given.  The meeting adjourned at 8:25 PM.
