Manchester Library Offers a Special Lineup of Events in January

The Manchester District Library is launching 2019 with a bang, offering some great speakers and events in January. Along with the regular weekly offerings, such as Story Time, Coloring, Knit Night, and Family Game Time, the library has booked several guest speakers.

Saturday, Jan 12 (11am) local author VW Shurtliff will be talking about his novel with a Manchester connection; Saturday Jan 26 Laurie Brewis of TGQ Law Firm will be speaking about the nuts and bolts of estate planning; then Wednesday Jan 30 Cindy Clark of Comerica Bank will be sharing advice on how to protect yourself from identity theft.

In addition, Thursday Jan 17 the library will be hosting its second Tech Take Apart event, which is open to all ages.

All these events are offered at no cost and are open to all community members. Details about programs can be found on the library’s website (www.manchesterlibrary.info), on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ManchesterDistrictLibrary), or via the library’s email newsletter – please visit our website to sign up.
