Manchester Volleyball Sweeps Michigan Center

The Manchester volleyball team continued to roll through Cascades Conference opponents Tuesday night by sweeping Michigan Center 25-10, 25-10, 27-25 to remain undefeated in the conference.

The Dutch made quick work of the Cardinals in the first two sets, but Center came to life in the third.

Center fought off three Manchester match points to tie the game at 24-24, but the Dutchmen pulled it out to finish the match.

Kayla Ridenauer had a big night with 35 assists, 13 digs, and four kills.

Jayden Humphrey had 19 kills and eight digs, while Kayla Engel chipped in with 12 kills and 10 digs. Avery Collins added seven kills, Alyssa Darr and Stephanie Messman six digs and two aces each, Kate Pohs six digs, and McKenna Good three kills and two blocks.

The Dutch improved to 28-7-1 overall on the season and 6-0 in the Cascades.
