MOVED Albertson SECONDED Iannelli to approve the regular agenda.  All Ayes.  Motion carried.

Sheridan Books Request for Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption – Mayor Johnson opened the public hearing at 7:38pm.  There were no comments from the public.  There were several questions from City Council.  Mayor Johnson closed the public hearing at 7:46pm.    

  Council Business

1.  Sheridan Books, Inc Request for Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption  

MOVED Hammer SECONDED Albertson to adopt the resolution approving the Sheridan Books, Inc’s application for Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificate for Real Property in the amount of $1,540,610 for nine (9) years.   Roll Call vote.   All Ayes.  Motion Carried. 

2.  Human Rights Commission (HRC) Plan and Annual Report

     MOVED Pacheco SECONDED Catherman to approve the March 2019 to February 2020 HRC Plan.  All Ayes. Motion Carried.

3.  Ordinance No. 180 Second Reading

MOVED Albertson SECONDED Hammer to accept the second reading and approve Ordinance No. 180.  Roll Call Vote.  5 Ayes, 2 Nays (Catherman, Iannelli).  Motion Carried.
