JUNE 17, 2019

SYNOPSIS

The Regular meeting of the Saline City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Marl at Saline City Hall. The Mayor and six members of Council were present.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.  Council voted to approve the Agenda as amended.  There was one citizen comments.  The following Consent Agenda items were approved by unanimous vote of Council: Council minutes and synopsis of the June 3, 2019 regular meeting; payment of 92 payees in the amount of $330,328.95; Accept the resignation of Bill Smith from the Code Review Task Force.



Unfinished Business

Council voted to approve the renewal of Leather Bucket Alley Agreement with Brecon Grille for one year.

New Business:

Council voted to approve: HDC Conflict of Interest Policy; Cross Connection Control Program Consultant; Extension of Waste Management Contract for Solid Waste and Recycling; Mausoleum Window Restoration; Feebook Revisions and Changes; Amendment to the Washtenaw County Contract for Construction Code Inspection Services; Professional Services Agreement with Carlisle-Wortman & Associates, Inc./Code Enforcement Services; Construction Code and Saline Code Enforcement Services Agreement with Jeffrey Feldkamp; Washtenaw County Connecting Communities Initiative; Award of Paving Contract for Shared Parking Lot at Peoples Park and Reimbursement Agreement with 211 Monroe, LLC; Dangerous Buildings Hearing Officer. There were nine Discussion and/or Report items.  There were two public comments.

City Council voted to adjourn the meeting at 10:30 p.m.
