LODI TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING SYNOPSIS

October 2 2018 7:00 P.M.



The meeting opened with the flag pledge at 7:00pm.  Seven board members were present and 7 citizens.

Public Hearing for Robert Lane Special Assessment District was held. The Consent Agenda was

approved as presented. The consent agenda included the September 4, 2018 and September 10, 2018

Special Meeting minutes, treasurer Report, payment of bills, amendment of the budgets, and the zoning

report.  There was no attorney report and a short Planning Commission Report. Public comment was

offered at 7:18pm. There were 3 comments regarding the WCRC road side spraying. The agenda was

approved as presented, with the addition of adding approval of Robert Lane Asphalt Contract.

Old/Unfinished Business: None.  New Business: Robert Lane Resolution #2018-012, approval of clerk

or supervisor to sign Robert Lane Paving Proposal extending pricing to June 1, 2019 John Russell

addressed the WCRC road side spraying issues, several residents also commented and are displeased

with the decision to spray Lodi Township, November meeting date change to the 2nd Tuesday due to the

Election, 2017-2018 Audit report was accepted, Brookview Highland Lighting District 2018 was

approved, Resolution 2018-013 for a Grant Application was passed.  Public comment offered at 7:46pm

there was one comment regarding a piece of land that is seeking a development that borders Saline

City, and they are looking at possibilities of city services and other options.  The meeting adjourned at

7:14pm.  Next meeting is a Regular Meeting is on November 13, 2018 at 7pm.  The minutes may be

viewed, after approval, on the Lodi Township web site (www.twp-lodi.org) or are available for review

or purchase at the township hall during regular business hours.
