NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING

THE LYNDON TOWNSHIP BOARD WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018-2019 AT LYNDON TOWNSHIP HALL, 17751 N. TERRITORIAL ROAD, CHELSEA, MI 48118.

THURSDAY, JUNE 28, 2018, AT 6:00 P.M.

-2018-2019 PROPOSED BUDGET FOR LYNDON TOWNSHIP

-OFFICERS’ SALARY AUTHORIZATIONS

-GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT – 2018-2019

-ADJUSTING JOURNAL ENTRIES

-FISCAL YEAR END BILLS

-FISCAL YEAR 2018-2019 MEETING DATES

-OTHER ITEMS AS DEEMED NECESSARY

A copy of the proposed budget is available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk at Lyndon Townhall, 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118, phone 734-475-2401.

This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The Lyndon Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon seven (7) business days’ notice to the Lyndon Township Clerk.
