PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the residents in the Washtenaw County Intermediate School District will be voting on the following millage proposal as presented and listed below:

PROPOSAL SUMMARY:

Shall Washtenaw Intermediate School District, Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed Fifty-Three Million Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($53,295,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefor for the purpose of:

erecting, furnishing and equipping a new High Point School as an addition to the pool and gymnasium portions of the existing building; remodeling, equipping and re-equipping and furnishing and refurnishing the pool and gymnasium portions of the existing building; purchasing and installing information technology systems equipment and software; and preparing, developing, improving and equipping playgrounds and the site?

The following is for informational purposes only:

The estimated millage that will be levied for the proposed bonds in 2020 is .37 mill ($0.37 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation). The maximum number of years the bonds may be outstanding, exclusive of any refunding, is ten (10) years. The estimated simple average annual millage anticipated to be required to retire this bond debt is .37 mill ($0.37 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation).

(Pursuant to State law, expenditure of bond proceeds must be audited, and the proceeds cannot be used for repair or maintenance costs, teacher, administrator or employee salaries, or other operating expenses.)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the residents of Webster Township in the Whitmore Lake Public Schools district will be voting on the following millage proposal as presented and listed below:

PROPOSAL SUMMARY:

WHITMORE LAKE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT

MILLAGE PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE FUNDS

TO OPERATE A SYSTEM OF PUBLIC RECREATION

Shall the limitation on the amount of taxes which may be assessed against all property in Whitmore Lake Public School District, Washtenaw and Livingston Counties, Michigan, be increased by and the board of education be authorized to levy not to exceed I mill ($1.00 on each $1,000 of taxable valuation) for a period of 10 years, 2019 to 2028, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for operating a system of public recreation and playgrounds, including but not limited to pools, athletic fields, and walking paths; the estimate of the revenue the school district will collect for such recreation program if the millage is approved and levied in 2019 is approximately $345,923?

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the residents in the cities of Chelsea and Dexter and the townships of Dexter, Lima, Lyndon and Sylvan in the Chelsea District Library district will be voting on the following millage proposal as presented and listed below:

CHELSEA DISTRICT LIBRARY MILLAGE RENEWAL

Shall the Chelsea District Library, County of Washtenaw, be authorized to levy an amount not to exceed 1.9231 mills ($ 1.9231 on each $1,000 of taxable value), which is a renewal of the millage rate that expires in 2019, against all taxable property within the Chelsea District Library district for a period of ten (10) years, 2020 to 2029, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for all district library purposes authorized by law? The estimate of the revenue the Chelsea District Library will collect in the first year of levy (2020) if the millage is approved and levied by the Library is approximately $1,791,000. A portion of the revenue collected may be subject to capture by the Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
