INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

QED ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS, INC

The City of Dexter City Council will hold a public hearing Monday, September 24, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., at the Dexter Senior Center, 7720 Ann Arbor Street, Dexter, Michigan.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on an application for an Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificated filed by QED Environmental Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of innovative environmental products.

QED Environmental Systems, Inc. is proposing investments of $496,300 in real property improvements, at its facility, located at 2355 Bishop Circle West. The exemption would apply to the taxable value of the real property at the above referenced facility located in Dexter, Michigan-for a period up to 4 years.

The application is on file and available for review at the City Office, 8123 Main Street, 2nd Floor of the PNC Bank Building, Dexter, Michigan, weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Written comments regarding this project should be submitted to the City Clerk, Justin Breyer at 8123 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Dexter, MI 48130 or jbreyer@dextermi.gov, and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2018.
