Pair of Bulldogs Earn Hockey All State Honors

A pair of Chelsea hockey players were awarded First Team Division 3 All State Honors for their accomplishments this season.

Defenseman Thomas Steele and forward Brennen Wright helped lead the Bulldogs to their third straight regional title and a trip to the Division 3 quarterfinals.

Steele finished with four goals and 21 assists. The 21 assists ties him for second place in the Bulldogs record books for assists by a defenseman in a season. His 55 career assists makes him the Bulldogs all time leader in assists by a defenseman.

Wright finishes his career as one of the Bulldogs All Time leading scorers. He finished with 33 goals and 22 assists this season. The 33 goals is the 4th most for a Bulldog forward in a season. His 76 career goals puts him 3rd on the Chelsea all time list and his 82 assists is the 2nd most all time by a Bulldog forward.
