For AMENDED LANDSCAPE PLAN
An application has been filed by United Methodist Retirement Communities of 805 W. Middle Street, Chelsea, MI 48118 to amend their landscape plan on the following described parcel of land:

amended landscape plan will be considered by the Chelsea Planning Commission on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, City Municipal Building, located at 311 S. Main Street, Chelsea, MI.
Signed, written comments, concerning the application will be accepted prior to the Planning Commission meeting, and will be read at the meeting. Comments should be addressed to the Chelsea Planning Commission, 305 S. MAIN ST. STE. 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118.
A public hearing on the site plan will be held, if requested in writing by any property owner or occupant within three hundred (300) feet of the boundary of the property being considered.
Persons requiring reasonable accommodations to disabilities in order that the hearing be accessible to them, are requested to notify the Chelsea Planning Commission Chairman no later than five (5) business days prior to the date of the hearing of such disability.
