WEBSTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
WEDNESDAY, September 18, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
The Webster Township Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI, to consider certain proposed amendments to the Webster Township Zoning Ordinance, including:
Amendments to Zoning Ordinance Sections 2.10, 9.55.K.(2), 12.30.C. and 12.35.A.(1): Corrections to the language regarding thoroughfares and roads.
Amendments to Zoning Ordinance Sections 9.10.B. and 9.10.C.: Changing “Public Utilities” from a Permitted Use to a Special Use in the Agriculture (AG) zoning district.
Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Section 9.40.B.: Adding “Public Utilities” as a Permitted Use allowed in the Industrial (I) zoning district.
Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Section 9.50.D.(3): Amendments to the language regarding the maximum height of buildings in the Public Lands (PL) zoning district.
Copies of the proposed Zoning Ordinance amendments are available at the Township Hall for review. A copy ofthe Zoning Ordinance is available at the Township Hall for review and is also available online at www.twp.webster.mi.us.
Written comments may be dropped off or mailed in advance to the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130 or emailed to email@example.com. All correspondence (including via email) must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2019. Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing.
Those with disabilities must notify the Township Clerk no less than seven (7) days prior to the meeting so that accommodations may be furnished to satisfy their disability and allow for meaningful attendance.
