NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION
COMBINED PRELIMINARY & FINAL SITE PLAN REVIEW
An application has been filed by LaVon Miller (Middle Street Apartments, LLC., 705 W. Middle Street, Chelsea, MI) for combined preliminary and final site plan approval to construct one new tenant building (with 10 dwelling units) on the following described parcel of land:

(Commonly known as Warren Apartments)
The combined preliminary and final site plan application will be considered by the Chelsea Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. Meeting to be held in the City Municipal Building (Council Chambers) located at 311 S. Main Street, Chelsea, MI.
The petition is on file in the office of the Planning and Zoning Department, 305 S. Main St., Suite 100, Chelsea and may be examined prior to the date of the hearing.
Signed, written comments, concerning the application will be accepted prior to the Planning Commission meeting, and will be read at the meeting. Comments should be addressed to the Chelsea Planning Commission, 305 S. MAIN ST. STE. 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118.
