The Saline Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Saline Township Hall, 5731 Braun Road, Saline, MI 48176.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on three applications:

1) Damon Gilless & James Chudzinski, Fender Mender Collision Center, LLC, property located at 9480 Dell Road, Saline Michigan.  Special Use Permit application for the purpose of Paint Booth building addition.  The addition planned is 9,072 sq. feet building addition to the existing 7,520 sq foot building.  This will also include a newly paved parking lot and bioswales.


2) Grace & Kurt Greaves, Roofman, property located at 8166 Braun Road, Saline, Michigan.  Application for approval of wireless communication facilities.  Proposed use is wireless communications tower less than 90 feet in height to provide access to the Internet in an unserved area.  Tower only, no supporting structures required.

3) Raffaele Recchia, R&R Properties Group LLC, property located at 10645 West Michigan Avenue (former Harry’s Furniture building/property).  Special Use Permit application for the purpose of broker collectable and antique vehicles and trailers for transporting vehicles.  Retail location with museum quality facility for antique car enthusiasts, families, antique car shows, and car clubs.

Application materials are available for review at Saline Township Offices, 4254 Arkona Road, Saline, MI 48176 during office hours, weekdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
