Dexter Community Schools is soliciting bids for Bond 2017 Project Bid Package No. 22Dexter High SchoolFaucets and Electric Water Coolers Replacements. The work includes the replacement of selected hand lavatory faucets and electric water coolers. All work will be included in one bid category so bidders must provide a comprehensive bid.
Bid proposals must be received as a single lump sum proposal prior to 2:00 p.m., local time, on July 11, 2018. Bids received after this time will not be accepted or considered.
Bids must be submitted according to the project manual section 00 2113 Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a familial disclosure statement and bid security for not less than 5% of the total bid amount.
Bids are to be submitted to Dexter Community Schools and may be submitted via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org copied to email@example.com via hard copy sealed bid to Dexter Community Schools, Attn: Sandra Darr, Bond Projects Purchasing, 2nd Floor Business Office, 7714 Ann Arbor St., Dexter, MI 48130.
Bids will be opened and read publicly at 3:00 p.m.at Dexter Community Schools, 7714 Ann Arbor St., Dexter, MI 48130 in the Copeland first floor classroom.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2018at 10:00 a.m.at the Granger Project Office(2505 Baker Rd. Dexter, MI). See parking instructions in the link below. This pre-bid meeting is optional but recommended.
