SALINE CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Saline City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 29,



2016 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at the Saline Municipal Building, 100 N. Harris Street,

Saline, MI, for the purpose of hearing all objections to, and support of, the application from Eric

Rentschler, Eluminous Artistry LLC, for approval of a Special Land Use from Section 4.04 (15) B. 9, 12,

and 14 of the Saline City Zoning Ordinance.

SPECIAL LAND USE APPLIED FOR

To allow use of building unit #1205 Industrial Drive at the Crown Center Facility to be used as a business

for artistic instruction, photography, art studio, and art production/sales.

Written comments on the above application will be received in the office of the City Clerk, 100 N. Harris

Street, Saline, MI, prior to the closing of the public hearing.

The City of Saline will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the public hearing to

individuals with disabilities upon three (3) business days advance notice to the City of Saline.  Individuals

requiring these services should contact the City of Saline by writing or calling the following: City Clerk,

This notice is given in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.04 of the Saline City Zoning Ordinance.
