Adopted resolution to appoint certain officers to be responsible for certain areas currently assigned to Manager.

Adopted resolution to appoint a FOIA Coordinator.

Adopted resolution to assign certain additional responsibilities to the Office Coordinator and to authorize temporary acting pay.

Adopted resolution to deny Arbres Grove SP#21021 as amended.
