SYNOPSIS SCIO TOWNSHIP REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Approved the minutes of the May 14, 2024 regular meeting and May 22, 2024 special meeting.
Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.
Adopted resolution updating the schedule for Scio Township’s development review fees.
Approved Superior Fence and Rail in the amount not to exceed $21,500 for installation of an 8-foot protection fence around the Jackson Road pump station.
Adopted resolution approving the 2024 Amended Poverty Exemption Guidelines.
Approved contract with Carlisle Wortman Associates.
Adopted Resolution Designating Zoning Official.
Approved Colarossi Landscaping to overhaul township rock/flower beds not to exceed $13,500.
Approved agreement with the Washtenaw County Road Commission for the Knight Road culvert project to be funded in part with a grant from the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commission and authorize $27,000 for the project.
Approved agreement with the Washtenaw County Road Commission for the West Delhi Road culvert to be funded in part with a grant from the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commission and authorize $28,500 for the project.
Approved agreement with the Washtenaw County Road Commission for the Park Road culvert project to be funded in part with a grant from the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commission, with work tentatively planned to occur in 2025, $111,750 is budgeted.
