Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.
Approved a contract to conduct an Alternative Compliance Review for FYE24.
Consented to the termination of the Kindle Park Plaza Condominium.
Accepted the EGLE Community Energy Management Grant.
Approved an engineering proposal for Township HVAC upgrades.
Appointed Daryl Burkhard to the Land Preservation Commission.
Approved Site Plan #23030 Firestone Detail Engineering.
Approved the rezoning of 6869 Marshall Road to A-1 General Agriculture.
Approved Conditional Use #24003 Townes at Honey Creek.
Called for a Special Meeting on July 23, 2024, at 6 pm for the purpose of hearing presentations on fire services expansion, so that the Board could decide on ballot language for placement on the November 5, 2024 ballot.
