Approved September 9, 2025 Regular Meeting minutes.

Approved the payment of the bills.

Approved Proposal of Coverages from Decker Agency.

Authorized payment to Diversified Excavating for water main repairs.

Authorized Deputy Sheriff at Board of Trustee meetings.

Directed CTC technologies to disable LASA Chair email.

Ratified the on-site Meijer Vaccine Service Agreement.

Authorized repair work of a manhole.

Approved request to apply for the Michigan Invasive Species Grant.

Directed Old National Bank to remove former Clerk and Treasurer from account and add current Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, Clerk and Deputy Clerk as signers.

Additional septic field test pits/foundation borings needed for Fire Station 2.

Authorize payment to First Due.

Approved a one (1) year extension of the Crossroad final PUD site plan with expiration date of September 24, 2026.

Approved Scio Township Policy on Employee Uniforms.

Approved Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work with CTC Technologies.

Acknowledged receipt of the Crossroads Air Quality Monitoring Report.

Denied Urban Crossroads PUD-TIF plan.

Approved an increase of UNUM long-term disability monthly benefit.

Approved employee handbook updates concerning longevity pay continuation for employees at maximum pay and implementation of performance-based salary increases.

Adopted Multimodal Transportation Committee Charge.

Directed WRRMA delegate and alternate delegate to develop a Request for Proposal for Scio Township.

Authorized the Board to develop and approve a 2025 Scio Township Second Agreement with Washtenaw County Road Commission to amend the current contract to add limestone for Scio Township’s portion of North Maple Road, in partnership with Ann Arbor Township.

Approved publication of the fall 2025 Township Newsletter.
