NOTICE OF REGISTRATION FOR THE
General ELECTION
TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY November 5, 2024
TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SHARON:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Sharon Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the Washtenaw County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at mi.gov/vote and mailed or dropped off to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at mi.gov/vote.
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Sunday, October 21, 2024. After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.497) at the Township Clerk’s office, located at 18010 Pleasant Lake Road, Manchester 48158 at the following times:
• Saturday: November 2, 2024 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Election Day, Tuesday November 5 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the November 5, 2024 General Election will be held for the purpose of electing candidates for the following offices:
· US President, U.S. Senator, Representative in Congress 6th District; Representative in State Legislature 46th or 47th District; Washtenaw County Offices of Prosecuting Attorney, Sheriff, Clerk & Register of Deeds, Treasurer, Water Resources Commissioner, County Commissioner 3rd District; SHARON Township Offices of Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer, Trustees; Delegates to County Convention.
· WASHTENAW COUNTY PROPOSAL 1, PROPOSAL 2, PROPOSAL 3 AND PROPOSAL 4; Washtenaw Intermediate School District – 1 Proposal Special Education Millage Renewal Proposal
