MEETING SYNOPSIS – April 2, 2024 REGULAR MEETING
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. All members present. Consent agenda approved. Meeting agenda approved. The Board took action to: approve February 29, 2024 special meeting minutes, March 5, 2024 regular and special meeting minutes, March 20, special meeting minutes, March 25 special meeting minutes; approve accounts payable; approve zoning map amendment at 20490 m-52; Grau shared driveway application; proposed 2024 Washtenaw County Road Commission Agreement; authorize Trustee Schulze to contact the attorney to determine best steps to create an advisory committee to review similar ordinances in our county and update our own; approve Resolution 24-09; authorize the Supervisor to sign a letter of support for the WAVE bus funding request. Meeting adjourned at 9:03 pm.
MEETING SYNOPSIS – May 7, 2024 REGULAR MEETING
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. All members present. Consent agenda approved. Meeting agenda approved. The Board took action to: approve April 2, 2024 minutes; Airserve Heating and Air Conditioning Maintenance agreement for 2024-2025; Robin Hills Farm 2024 Fireworks Application; approve the contract with environmental specialist, Andrew Foerg to look at the potential impact of the proposed tow yard on US-12 because of its location so close to the wells; approve payment of $375.00 to the American Legion Meeting adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
MEETING SYNOPSIS – June 4, 2024 REGULAR MEETING
Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. All members present. Consent agenda approved. Meeting agenda approved. Western Washtenaw Recycling Authority gave a presentation. The Board took action to: approve May 7, 2024 meeting minutes; approve Ordinance 24-003; direct staff to present the existing shared driveway ordinance to the Planning Commission Meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
