MEETING SYNOPSIS – November 12, 2025 Board Regular Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.  Members present: Supervisor Nimke, Clerk Jackson, Treasurer Egeler, Trustee Koseck, Trustee Schulze. The Board took action to: approve the agenda; approve the consent agenda; adopt EPDA 25-01 Sylvan-Lima Joint Planning Commission Ordinance through roll call vote Yes(5), No(0); appoint the following to the Sylvan-Lima Joint Planning Commission to coincide with their current board terms: Michael Van Buren, Courtney Heller, Sandie Schulze, and Chris Scharrer as alternate; transfer excess escrow funds from America 1 Towing to Kern’s Investments escrow account; approve wording for proposed recycling survey; approve paid holidays for office assistants on December 29, 30, and 31. Meeting adjourned at 7:33 p.m.

MEETING SYNOPSIS – November 18, 2025 Special Board Meeting

Meeting called to order at 9:00a.m.  Members present: Supervisor Nimke, Clerk Jackson, Treasurer Egeler.  Members absent: Trustee Koseck, Trustee Schulze. The Board to action to: approve a bid from IVS to install new network cabling at a cost not to exceed $1690; to approve the purchase of a new laptop for the DPW office at a cost not to exceed $1200. Meeting adjourned at 9:03 p.m.
