Chelsea, MI/Grand Rapids, MI, April 2, 2020 – At UMRC & Porter Hills, our direct care team members are there to provide care and comfort for the older adults we serve.  Especially now, during the COVID-19 pandemic, these “Healthcare Heroes” are doing everything in their power to keep our residents safe and healthy.  These include our caregivers, dining services, housekeeping, and environmental services team members. Our care teams are here for us.  Now, it’s our turn to be here for them.

Show your appreciation of our Healthcare Heroes by displaying a white ribbon outside your home or place a white ribbon image in your front window.  A white ribbon image is attached for you to print and carefully cut out to display in your window.  Or create your own white ribbon image if you don’t have access to a printer. Please share this image with family and friends to show your support and admiration for all caregivers and first responders for their heroic efforts.
