SYNOPSIS Webster Township Special Board Meeting

July 29, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.

The Webster Township Special Board Meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Supervisor John Kingsley on July 29, 2024, at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130. Members present: Supervisor John Kingsley; Clerk Tonie Brovont; Treasurer John Scharf; Trustees Shelly Vrsek, Dan Munzel; Jeff Harms; Zoning Administrator Sri Komaragiri; Deputy Supervisor Rick Kleinschmidt; Deputy Clerk Donna Whitney; and 12 citizens.
Absent: Trustee John Westman
Motion to allow T&M Asphalt to execute their proposal for parking lot sealing joints, for an amount not to exceed $20,800. Carried.
Motion to pay the Washtenaw Engineering invoice #55779A in the amount of $13,840.80. Carried.
Discussion on Webster Township Private Roads: Existing Summary
Motion to postpone the adoption of the Private Road Ordinance Amendment, pending further discussion. Carried.
Motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:42 p.m. Carried.
