Board of Review

As required by the General Property Tax ACT, notice is hereby given by Webster Township that the 2026 March Board of Review will meet on the following days at Webster Township Hall located at 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, Michigan for the purpose of reviewing the 2026 assessment roll and hearing requests, protests or applications for correction of assessed or tentative taxable values:

Organizational and Roll Review Meeting

Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:30 am

(Appeals will not be heard at this time)

Public Appeal Hearings

Monday, March 9, 2026, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Additional dates and times may be added as necessary if all appointments for the above have been filled.

 The Webster Township Board of Review will hear appeals by appointment. Taxpayers should call (734) 426-5103 Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to schedule an appointment. The Board of Review will meet at the times listed above to hear appeals by property owners or their representatives.  The owner’s representative must present a letter of authorization signed by the property owner to be heard. Letters of appeal are accepted in lieu of personal appearance and must be received no later than March 10, 2026; at 9:00 pm (Postmarks are not accepted.) Taxpayers are welcome to contact the Assessor prior to Board of Review dates to discuss assessed or taxable values at (734) 426-5103.

As required by P.A. 188 of 1975, the tentative ratio and estimated multiplier for the Township of Webster are hereby listed below. This ratio and multiplier are subject to the actions of the Assessor, the Board of Review, the County Equalization Department and the Michigan State Tax Commission.
