The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following three variance requests:
ZBA 24-006: 7491 Gregory Road (C-03-29-200-001)
The applicants are requesting the following three-dimensional variances to construct a detached garage/studio space on the property at 7491 Gregory Road. The property is zoned Agriculture (AG).
REQUEST # 1: Approval of a dimensional variance per section 13.15.C. of the Township Zoning Ordinance for not meeting the minimum distance of ten (10’) feet between a detached accessory building and any other building or structure.
REQUEST # 2: Approval of a dimensional variance per section 9.10. D.v. of the Township Zoning Ordinance for not meeting the minimum front yard setback abutting a Public or Private Road of sixty (60′) feet.
REQUEST # 3: Approval of a dimensional variance per section 9.10.D.vii. of the Township Zoning Ordinance for not meeting the minimum side yard setback of thirty (30’) feet.

- All correspondence must be received by the Township no later than the close of business on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
- Verbal comments will be accepted during the public hearing.
- Individuals with disabilities requiring special accommodations must notify the Township Clerk at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to allow arrangements for meaningful participation.
