The December 10, 2024, Regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall by Supervisor Tellas. Seven Board members present. One public comment heard; No written petitions submitted. Regular agenda approved as presented.

New Business: Resolution #2024-13, Resolution of Gratitude to Tom Toth adopted. 2025 Township Observed Holidays approved as amended. Planning and Development admin support for 6 months provided by McKenna approved. Motion to join WATS approved. Resolution #2024-14, Requesting WCRC to prepare plans and cost estimates for Timber Ridge Project adopted. 2024-2025 FY snow removal estimates from Creation Keeper approved. Approved new cell phone and plan for new Building Official; approved retiring Building Official to retain old cell phone and phone number. Approved Building/Zoning office closing Dec. 26, 27, and 30^th using vacation/personal/unpaid time. Accepted Helen Neill’s resignation from the ZBA Board of Appeals. METRO Act permit application from MEC not accepted. Appointed Chuck Tellas and John Hargrove to the MAFD and SAFD Fire Boards. Appointed Trustee Gary to Planning Commission as Board Liaison. Appointed Asa Swallows to the Planning Commission. Appointed Trustee McGovern to the Personnel Committee. Jack Valentine, Jo Ann Black, and Jessica Kovach appointed to the Board of Review. Trustees Hargrove and Neill appointed to the Election Commission. Trustee McGovern appointed to Parks & Recreation Committee as Board Liaison.
