WEBSTER TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
SPECIAL MEETING / PUBLIC HEARING

The Webster Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Special Meeting / Public Hearing at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2019 to consider the following variance applications:
A Rear (Lake) Yard setback variance request from the Base Line Lake Residential District (BLLR) received from Robert & Kathleen Cooley, for property ID C-03-06-170-005, 7706 Base Lake Dr. Dexter, MI 48130.
A variance request from the Public Lands District (PL) of the maximum building height of 25 feet, received from Webster Township, for property ID C-03-27-100-029, 5775 Wester Church Rd. Dexter, MI 48130.
Copies of the Zoning Ordinance are available at the Township Hall for review or are available online at www.twp.webster.mi.us. Written comments may be dropped off or mailed in advance to the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130 or emailed to email@example.com. All correspondence needs to be received no later than close of business on August 15, 2019.
