MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Ruddock to withdraw the offer of employment to Mr. Bell. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Feeney SECONDED Keaton to direct the Acting City Manager and the City Attorney to proceed with contract negotiations, pending a background check, with Elke Doom. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Feeney SECONDED Iannelli to direct staff to re-engage Walsh Municipal Services. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Feeney SECONDED Mehuron to accept the bid from Dixon Engineering for a total of $50,975.00. All ayes. Motion carried.
