Approved the minutes of August 8, 10, and 15, 2023.

Approved the publication of the fall issue of the township newsletter, and a special edition on the Fire SAD.

Authorized contract with Fire Due, for fire reporting software.

Adopted the resolution authorizing the application for a Washtenaw County Connecting Communities grant.

Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.

Approved SP#23004, Palmer Warehouse addition.

Appointed Richard Hughes as Interim Utilities Director.
