SYNOPSIS SCIO TOWNSHIP REGULAR BOARD MEETING

Approved the minutes of October 10, 2023.

Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.

Authorized payment to Plante Moran for completion of the FYE23 audit.

Authorized salary increase for Sara McCleery.

Called for a special meeting on December 2, 2023 at 9:00 am.

Approved CU # 23009, Curtis Commercial, with conditions.

Approved a conditional offer of part-time employment to Sean P. McCormick for the Code Enforcement Officer position.

Appropriated $165,000 of ARPA funds to implement a Network Infrastructure Refresh plan.

Authorized clerk and supervisor to sign a consent to assign the development agreement to developer Jackson Road SOBI LLC for Woodview Commons.

Adopted the Resolution to Approve the Deficit Elimination Plan for the East Delhi Bridge Maintenance Fund.

Authorized the clerk and supervisor to sign a contract amendment and rate change for the township recording secretary.
