Approved the minutes of October 24, 2023.

Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.

Changed the location of the December 2, 2023 Special Meeting to 560 Little Lake Drive.

Approved purchase of Metron water meters.

Authorized Fire Chief to Apply for FEMA grants.

Authorized expenditure for printing and mailing special edition of the township newsletter.

Authorized expenditure to replace multifunctional printer.

Approved annual maintenance renewal for ArcGIS software.

Approved replacement of locks on external bathroom doors.

Accepted a quote for network cabling work.

Received notification of completion of employment probationary period for Christopher Bailey.

Conducted a public hearing on Proposed Expenses for Fire Services for FYE 2024.

Adopted a resolution approving FY 23-24 Budget Amendments and Authorized Positions.

Adopted a resolution to establish the millage rate for Fire Protection Special Assessment District at 1.35 mills.

Adopted the regular meeting schedule for the Board of Trustees for 2024.

Established the 2024 Annual Hearing to Consider Proposed Expenses for Fire Protection for March 5, 2024.

Scheduled the Public Hearing on the Proposed Budget for FYE 2024 for March 5, 2024.

Approved a conditional offer of employment to Christopher Cheng for Project Manager.

Approved a conditional offer of employment to Aurora Northrup for Human Resources Generalist.

Amended the Township Employee Handbook to include pro-rated healthcare benefits for permanent employees who work at least 30 hours per week.

Approved a conditional offer of employment to Kevin Jeffery for Building Maintenance/Custodian.

Approved a resolution to revise the Roads Advisory Committee charge.

Approved a resolution expressing the Township’s position on the Baker Road Land Holdings, LLC application for annexation by the City of Dexter.
