The Webster Township Special Meeting between the Webster Township Board of Trustees and the Washtenaw County Road Commission was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Supervisor John Kingsley on May 17, 2022 at the Webster Township Hall, 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI 48130. Members present: Supervisor John Kingsley; Clerk Barbara Calleja; Treasurer John Scharf; Trustees Dan Munzel, Jeff Harms, John Westman; Assessor Bill Sinkule; Deputy Supervisor Rick Kleinschmidt; Deputy Clerk Donna Whitney; Jim Harmon and Tony Grubb from the Washtenaw County Road Commission; and 20 citizens.

Absent: Trustee Shelly Vrsek

Discussion item - Summary of 2022 Road Maintenance, Project Activities, Local Road projects, Dust Control Program and Matching Fund Allocations.

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:16 p.m.
