SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

June 14, 2022, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none 10 public in attendance

Board heard citizen participation, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for May 10, 2022
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To approve the Washtenaw County Equalization 2022 assessing contract
4. To accept the quote from McLennan Landscape (bid # 0740) up to $3,000 and remove the barberry and have it replaced with something else
5. To pay purchase two security cameras signs for the recycling containers
6. Warrants

Meeting adjourned at 10:23p.m.
